To view  SHIPSTERN movie you need to download Quicktime 4 or 5  

and then if it still doesn't run you might need to make some 

changes to the QuickTime Player. 

IE. start up your player, probably located at

c:\program files\quicktime\quicktimeplayer.exe 

On the menu bar of the player select Edit  

 Then > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences 

and make sure all 3 boxes 

"play movies automatically",  

 "save movies in disk cache",     

"enable kiosk mode" 

are ticked this should solve the problem.
